Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the webshop of Stu art, located at Lange Dijkstraat 64, bus 4, 2060 Antwerp, Belgium, company number 0737.883.552.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Product Information
All products are part of a print-on-demand collection via the Printify platform. This means that the printing company may vary depending on availability and location.
The garments are made from medium fabric (5.3 oz/yd² / 180 g/m²) consisting of 100% cotton for year-round comfort and durability. They feature a classic fit with a crew neckline, tear-away label for a scratch-free experience, and are made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested, certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance.
Important: Do not tumble dry to maintain the quality of the print and fabric.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros. Payments can be made via Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Visa, and other commonly used payment methods.
Stu art reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by Printify and its production partners. Delivery times depend on the producer and the country of delivery. Stu art cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
Shipping costs are fixed at €6 per order, delivering throughout Europe.
5. No Right of Withdrawal
As each product is custom-made and produced on demand, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Orders cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of defects or incorrect deliveries.
6. Warranty
A 14-day warranty is provided after receipt of the order, only for manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries. Customers must contact hello@gaetanstu.art within this period and include photos of the issue.
7. Liability
Stu art is not responsible for color variations between the images shown on the webshop and the delivered product, nor for delays or mistakes made by external production partners.

Return Policy
No Returns Possible
As all products are produced on a print-on-demand basis via Printify, each item is unique and may come from different printing partners. This allows for a legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16).
Returns or exchanges are therefore not possible, except in the case of production defects or incorrect deliveries.
Warranty for Defects
If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer must contact hello@gaetanstu.art within 14 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be provided free of charge or the purchase amount will be refunded.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of the product:
- Do not tumble dry
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out
- Do not use bleach
Failure to follow these instructions may cause damage not covered by the warranty.
